As stated in the set up guide, there isn't a way to change the email address in your product retrospectively once it has been used to set up Sage HR Online Services in Sage 50cloud Payroll.
This is why in the set up guide we recommend to use a future-proof or generic email address rather than a specific person's email address. This is to avoid a scenario such as where someone setting up Sage HR Online Services with their own email address, later leaves the business and thus no-one can access the email account that it was set up under.
What do I do next?
If you can get access to the email address that set up Sage HR Online Services, please continue to use that as the admin user account.
If you have no choice and you must require the Payroll admin user account to be a different email address, the only option is to delete the company from the Sage HR Online Services portal, then set up the company using the preferred alternative email address.
