If you have installed and logged into the Sage HR app, you can use it to submit expenses directly from your phone.
Get to expenses on the app
On your Dashboard, if you have been added to an expenses group, you will see Expenses listed.

To view your expenses or add a new one, tap on expenses.
Here you see your expenses, which will either be waiting for approval, or show as approved. If you have no expenses the page will just be blank with a ➕ on the bottom right.
Submit a new expense
To add a new expense, tap on the ➕ on the bottom right.
Enter in the relevant information for the expense. If you have a photo of your receipt, you can add an attachment from your camera roll.

Once done whenever you click on expenses on the Dashboard, your expense will be listed as waiting for approval. Once approved, the status changes to Approved.
