Change an employee's email address - Integrated with Sage 50 Payroll

How to amend an employee's email address in Sage HR if integrated with Sage 50 Payroll (UK only).

An employee's email address is what they use to log in to Sage HR Online Services. When you view this in their profile it shows as a locked field.

If an employee has been set up with an incorrect email address, or they want to change it to a different email, they can't change it themselves. Only an admin user with access to Sage 50 Payroll can change this email address.

📎NOTE: Sage HR support can't change the email address for you. If you are an employee user, you must contact the person who processes your payroll so they can follow the steps below to amend it for you.
