Your Sage 50 Payroll software integrates with Sage HR Online Services which you can upload your employee payslips and P60s, so employees can view them online securely, 24/7.
Before you start using Sage HR Online Services to upload your employee payslips, we recommend you complete these preparation checks.
Sign in to your Online Services using your Sage account
When you set up Sage HR Online Services, Step 1 of Online Services Settings requires you to sign into your Online Services using your Sage account (formerly Sage ID).
We have the steps on how to do this if you already have a Sage account, and what to do if you don't already have a Sage account.
Register your company for Online Services
Step 2 in your Online Services Settings requires you to register your company for Online Services.
Manage access to your Online Services
If you have additional users who process payroll, you can control whether or not they have access to the Online Services options within Sage 50 Payroll.
Manage your employees
Manage your employee details in Online Services Settings, including crucially their email address which is what they use to log in and view their payslips.
Visit your Online Services
Log in to your Online Services portal for the first time to continue setting up Sage HR Online Services.
View employee permissions
Before you upload your payslips you should check your employee permissions in Sage HR Online Services, which controls what they can see and access in this payslips portal.

Redeem your free trial for the Sage HR modules
Once you have set up Sage HR Online Services, if you want to set up the Sage HR modules you need to redeem your free trial first.
If you want to trial the additional Sage HR Modules you can do so. To redeem the offer to trial the Sage HR modules available, complete the Billing details in Sage HR Online Services.
