There are two reports available for the Expenses module. To access these click Reports, then Expenses.

This provides an interactive overview of the most often used expense categories across the company, total claims, claims in the last 30 days, and other useful widgets.

This lists all expense claims from all users. You can manage them from this report rather than within each employee's profile.
