Manage emergency contacts in the Sage HR mobile app

You can view, add, edit, and delete emergency contacts in the Sage HR mobile app. Keep your contact details up to date so your employer can reach someone in an emergency.

Use emergency contacts in Sage HR to store the details of people your employer can contact if needed.


View emergency contacts

  1. Tap Menu

  2. Tap My profile.

  3. Tap Emergency contacts.


Add an emergency contact

Tap Add new contact.

  1. Enter the contact's full name.

  2. Enter any optional details:

    • Relationship

    • Mobile phone

    • Home phone

    • Work phone

    • Email address

  3. Tap Next.

  4. Enter any optional address details:

    • Country

    • Address line 1

    • Address line 2

    • City

    • Region

    • Postcode

  5. Tap Go back to return to the previous page, or tap Save to save the contact.

You can tap the X in the top-right corner at any time. Sage HR won't save any unsaved changes.

  1. Add new contact.

  2. The first page is for personal and contact information. Add their full name

  3. Add optional details

    • Relationship

    • Mobile phone

    • Home phone

    • Work phone

    • Email address

  4. Tap Next.

  5. This second page is for optional address details:

    • Country

    • Address line 1

    • Address line 2

    • City

    • Region

    • Postcode

  6. You can tap Go back to return to personal and contact information, or tap Save to save these details.

You can tap the cross in the top right to come out of this page at anytime. However, any changes made won't be saved.


Edit an emergency contact

  1. Tap the emergency contact's name.

  2. Tap Edit contact.

  3. Update the personal or contact information, then tap Next.

  4. Update the address details, then tap Save.


Delete an emergency contact

  1. Tap the emergency contact's name.

  2. Tap Delete contact.

  3. Review the warning message.

  4. Tap Delete to confirm, or tap Cancel to keep the contact.
