Error: 'Employee is the owner of the account'

How to resolve this account owner error when terminating an employee in Sage HR.

When terminating an employee, you see the following error.

Employee is the owner of the account

This occurs because the user is the Account Owner for your company. If you need to terminate them, you'll need to change your account owner. To change your account owner, an admin will need to contact Sage HR support.
