If you need to remove an employee from a training event, you have a couple of options.
If they've RSVP'd to say they're attending, you can cancel their attendance
You can remove their eligibility so that the training event doesn't appear on their profile, preventing them from attending
Remove the employee as an attendee to a training event
You have a few different ways to show an employee as not attending an event.
Cancel their ticket
Logged in as an admin or training administrator, click your name in the top right, then click Settings.
On the settings menu, click Employee data, then click Training events.
On the relevant training event, click Used tickets.
Next to the employee, click Cancel.
Click OK to confirm.
This changes the RSVP to Declined if you view the training event in their profile.
Change RSVP to 'Decline'
You can go to the training section of an employee's profile and select that they're declining the event.

Remove an employee's eligibility for a training event
When you remove an employee's eligibility to attend a training event, this prevents them from seeing the training event within the Training section of their profile.
Logged in as an admin or training administrator, click your name in the top right, then click Settings.
On the settings menu, click Employee data, then click Training events.
Under Training events, click the ellipsis towards the right of the training event.
Click Eligibility.
Either click Everyone to make it available for all employees, or select Specific employees, then select relevant employees.
Click Save.
