Add an employee to a training event

How to make an employee eligible for a training event in Sage HR and mark them as attending.

After you create a training event, you can make an employee eligible for it. The employee can RSVP themselves, but you can also do this for them.


Give employee access to attend a training event

  1. Logged in as an admin or training administrator, click your name in the top right, then click Settings.

  2. On the settings menu, click Employee data, then click Training events.

  3. Under Training events, click the ellipsis towards the right of the training event.

  4. Click Eligibility.

  5. Either click Everyone to make it available for all employees, or select Specific employees, then select relevant employees.

  6. Click Save.


Add the employee as an attendee to a training event

You can go to the training section of an employee's profile and select that they're attending the event.
