When you have Sage HR integrated with Sage Payroll, there are some employee details that synchronise between the two software.

Employee data that transfers from Sage Payroll to Sage HR

  • Name

  • Address

  • Email address

  • Start date

  • Payslips

What happens if they create the employee record in Sage HR first?

If you create an employee in Sage HR first and select that they need to be in payroll, the system will create a new employee record in Sage Payroll. It will send the details above.
