Error: 'Not found' when saving Slack integration settings

How to resolve this error when saving changes within your Slack integration settings in Sage HR.

When saving changes to your Slack integration settings, you see a 'Not Found' message.

This happens due to invalid policy settings in one or more of your time off policies.

  1. Edit each policy and try to save it. Repeat this until you encounter an error.

  2. When you get an error, check each section of the policy settings. Find the red line indicating which setting you need to correct.

  3. Correct the error.

  4. Click Save and check that the policy now saves without giving any errors.

  5. Go back to your Slack settings within Sage HR,

  6. Make your required changes, and click Save.

If the Slack integration settings now save without an error, then you've resolved the problem. If you still get the "Not Found" message, there will still be at least one other policy with invalid settings. Repeat the steps above to find the policies causing the issue.
