Cloudflare is a third-party company we use to strengthen our internet security. When you log in, you may see a Cloudflare message advising that your access has been blocked.
For example, you may see a message say, "Sorry, you have been blocked".
This happens when Cloudflare detects malicious activity from your IP address.
Using a VPN?
If you're using a VPN when gettng the Cloudflare blocking message, disable the VPN, refresh the browser and try again. If it works without the VPN, then don't use the VPN when accessing Sage HR.
If you still want to use the VPN when accessing Sage HR, or know why Sage HR is blocked when using the VPN, you need to speak to your VPN provider. The IP address you're using will be the problem, but your VPN provider may be able to do something about that.
Other reasons
To investigate any Cloudflare-related queries, an Admin user must contact Sage HR support via online chat. Provide the Cloudflare Ray ID and IP address shown on the message, along with the URL of the website you were accessing when the message appeared.
