Error: 'Last working day cannot be before employee's start date'

How to resolve this error when trying to terminate an employee in Sage HR.

When you try to terminate an employee, you get the following error:

Last working day cannot be before the employee's start date

Make sure to enter a date that is either the same date or later than their start date.

📌TIP: Getting this error because you're trying to terminate and delete a new employee that ended up never starting? Just enter a date later than that. It doesn't matter if they didn't actually leave on that date, because you'll be deleting them anyway.
