You can use the Compensation report to collate information on salaries, bonuses and other compensation types for your employees. You can use segments and segment criteria to narrow down your target audience.
📎NOTE: You can't see terminated employees on this report.
Access
To get to this report:

You can change the segment criteria from All to any of the following criteria:

You can also click Remove segment if you don't need a segment anymore.
Graph
By default, the report page will show a graph with the monthly Average compensation for all the employees.
Each segment you create will plot a new line on the graph according to the respective criteria. This allows you to compare statistics for multiple criteria on the same graph.
To filter each segment in and out from the graph, click the labels.
📎NOTE: Other than segments, you can't customise any other view within the graph. This means you can't filter the view by compensation type in the graph, but you can use the export to view more details.
Export
To export the details for each segment individually, click Export within each segment panel. An Excel file will appear automatically in your download folder. You can also access the file from the download history shortcut in your browser.

Customise your report
Once you've exported the report, you can use filters within Excel to customise your view further.
As an example, you can filter by Dates and Compensation Type if you want to report on the one-off and bonus compensations, or the current salary only.
You can also filter any other compensation Types you've created such as car allowances etc.
Alternatively, you can create a custom report allowing you to export the current salary together with other personal data. Check the available fields, as you can only select the current salary within that report. You can always create custom fields that you can add to your employees and custom reports.
📌TIP: You can also export an individual compensation report from within the employee's profile.
