Access logs report

How to keep track on who has accessed your Sage HR company.

The Access logs report allows you to track the following:

  • Users who have logged into your company in the last 24 hours

  • Users who have logged into your company in the last 30 days

  • Percentage of users who have active sessions in the Sage HR mobile app

  • Users who have never logged into your company

To get to these reports:

  1. On the main menu, click Reports.

  2. Click Access logs.

    Access logs report showing 3 users have logged in within the last 24 hours, 15 users have logged in within the last 30 days, 14% of users have active sessions in the mobile app, and one user has never logged in.


Last 24 hours

In the Last 24 hours section, this shows you how many users have accessed your Sage HR company in the last 24 hours.

When you click View details this shows a list of these users, including the date and time they logged in.


Last 30 days

In the Last 30 days section, this shows you how many users have accessed your Sage HR company in the last 30 days.

When you click View details, this shows a list of these users, including the date and time they logged in.


Mobile app usage

Shows the percentage of users in your company who have active sessions.

When you click View details, this shows a list of these users. You can click Delete session to delete any active session, which will automatically log that user out of the Sage HR app. Use this in case someone has lost their mobile device.


Never logged in

Shows how many users haven't logged into your company on the Sage HR web portal.

When you click Re-send welcome email, this shows the full list of users who have never logged in. This would usually indicate that they haven't actioned their welcome email yet, as when they do, it will log them in to the web portal for the first time.

You can click Send email to all to resend a welcome email to everyone on the list. Alternatively, you can click Send next to individual users.

Why would someone show up in this report?

  • User hasn't logged in via their welcome email

  • User has logged in to the mobile app, but not the web portal yet

  • You've deleted the user and re-added them, but they've not logged in since you re-added them
