The Employee timesheets report shows employees' working hours for a selected period. You can review daily and total hours without opening individual timesheets.
The report requires an overtime policy filter. If employees belong to different overtime policies, run a separate report for each policy.

'No results found. Try different report criteria'
This message appears when no employees match the selected report criteria.
A common cause is selecting an overtime policy that has no assigned timesheet groups.
To resolve this:
Select a different overtime policy or check that the required timesheet groups are assigned to the selected overtime policy.
Run the report again.
Available report filters
You can filter the report by:
Overtime policy
Timesheet group
Team
Location
Information shown in the report
The report displays:
Daily and total timesheet hours
Contract hours
Difference between worked and contract hours
Overtime hours

📌TIP: Select Export to download the report as an Excel file.
Show all employees in one report
You must filter the report by overtime policy.
To include all employees in a single report, you would have to assign all relevant timesheet groups to the same overtime policy.
If employees need to use different overtime policies, you'll have to run a separate report for each policy.
📎NOTE: If you have duplicate overtime policies from a previous overtime update, review and consolidate them before running reports.
