Documents overview report

An overview of the Documents overview report within Employee data reports in Sage HR, and how to use it.

The Documents overview report, as described, provides a brief overview of your documents.

To access this report:

  1. Click Reports.

  2. Click Employee data.

  3. Click Documents overview.

In this report, you can see the following information:

  • Documents uploaded in the last 30 days

  • Total documents uploaded

  • Pie chart of documents acceptance status, with each section a different status

    • Approved

    • Declined

    • Awaiting approval

    • Acceptance not requested

    📌TIP: Click a section to see a list of those documents. Depending on the status you can also Accept or Decline a document here too.
