Assets report

An overview of the Assets report within Employee data reports in Sage HR, and how to use it.

The Assets report is a useful tool to see an overview of your company assets. You can see:

  • How many total assets you have

  • How many assets are available to give out

  • How many assets have already been given out

  • Who is an asset assigned to

  • A visual of your assets split by asset category

To access this report:

  1. Click Reports.

  2. Click Employee data.

  3. Click Assets.

You can filter the report by employees and asset category.

📌TIP: Click Export to download the report to Excel.
