Individual allowances report

An overview of the Individual allowances report within Time off reports in Sage HR, and how to use it.

This report provides an overview of individual allowances for each employee, for each of their policies.

  1. Click Reports.

  2. Click Time off.

  3. Click Individual allowances.

This shows a list of all employees and their individual allowance figures for each policy.

You can edit these within the Individual allowances settings.

📎NOTE: If the employee isn't assigned to a policy, the figure will show as N/A.

📌TIP: To access the scroll bar to scroll across sideways to view more time off policies, you need to scroll down to the bottom of the employee list.
