Unused days report

An overview of the Unused days report within Time off reports in Sage HR, and how to use it.

The Unused days report shows the currently unused and available days from a selected policy. Data is reported by policy and split by teams. Click the bars of the bar chart to see a list of employees and their unused days.

  1. Click Reports.

  2. Click Time off.

  3. Click Unused days.

  4. Select a time of policy.

  5. Click a column for one of the teams to see a list of employees of that team and their unused days.
