Replacement persons report

An overview of the Replacement persons report within Time off reports in Sage HR, and how to use it.

An employee may require a replacement person when they take time off for their policy. The Replacement persons report shows a list of employees who have been replacement person for relevant employees and their time off requests in a selected date range.

  1. Click Reports.

  2. Click Time off.

  3. Click Replacement persons.

By default, you see a list of all employees' time off who had a replacement person. You can select a start date and end date to narrow down the results.

In this list report, you can see the following:

  • Employee

  • Employee's replacement person

  • Time off during which there was a replacement person

    • Time off policy

    • Dates

When you click the eye icon to see more details, you can do the following:

  • Edit the request

  • Export the request as a PDF

  • Decline the request

  • View the employee's time off balance for the time off policy used in the request

  • View who is also away from the same team on the same dates

  • View additional details of the request and who the employee's direct manager is

  • View activity of the request, for example, when it was created or if there have been any amendments
