An employee may require a replacement person when they take time off for their policy. The Replacement persons report shows a list of employees who have been replacement person for relevant employees and their time off requests in a selected date range.
Click Reports.
Click Time off.
Click Replacement persons.
By default, you see a list of all employees' time off who had a replacement person. You can select a start date and end date to narrow down the results.
In this list report, you can see the following:
Employee
Employee's replacement person
Time off during which there was a replacement person
Time off policy
Dates
When you click the eye icon to see more details, you can do the following:
Edit the request
Export the request as a PDF
Decline the request
View the employee's time off balance for the time off policy used in the request
View who is also away from the same team on the same dates
View additional details of the request and who the employee's direct manager is
View activity of the request, for example, when it was created or if there have been any amendments
