Use a stage action email template when recruiting

How to implement an email template to use for stages in recruitment pipelines in Sage HR.

After you set up an email template for stage actions, you can automate this so it sends automatically at specific stages of your recruitment pipeline.

  1. On the main menu, click Recruitment.

  2. Click the position you want to implement the email template for.

  3. Click the Pipeline tab.

  4. Hover the mouse in the top right of a pipeline stage until cogs appear.

  5. Click the cogs icon.

  6. Click Actions

  7. Click Send email to applicant or Send email to hiring team.

  8. You can draft an email from sratch, or select a template you've already created under the Template dropdown.

    You can still make changes after selecting the template.
