If there is an Employment status you no longer require, you can remove it.
⚠CAUTION: When you delete an employment status that has employees assigned, it can affect their time off calculations if their time off policy is based on Calendar settings. It can also affect how they're set up in the Scheduling module. Without an employment status, Sage HR would use the Weekend days set under Settings > Calendar instead.
As an Admin user, click your name in the top right, then click Settings.
On the Settings menu, click Employee data, then click Employment statuses & Working patterns.
Click the trash can icon next to the Employment status you want to delete.
Click OK to confirm the deletion.
