Complete training

How to complete training assigned to you or another employee in Sage HR.

When an employee or someone else adds training for the employee to complete, they can mark when they've completed the training.

  1. As an admin, on the main menu, click the relevant employee.

    If viewing your profile, click your name in the top right, then click My profile.

  2. On the profile menu, click Training.

  3. Click the To be completed tab.

  4. Next to the relevant training, click Actions.

  5. Click Complete training.

  6. Select the date the training was completed.

  7. An employee can also

    • Add an expiry date for the training

    • Add a comment

    • Add an attachment - This may be a mandatory field to show an employee has completed the training

  8. Click Complete.

The training now appears in the Completed tab.

📎NOTE: Depending on their permissions, an employee can edit, delete, or view the changelog of the training.
