When you try to upload payslips from Sage 50 Payroll to Sage HR Online Services, you may see the following error.
Forbidden
Unable to publish payslips.
Either this company isn't set up for Online Services or you're not registered as a user for Online Services.
To set this up now, please go to Online Services Settings and click Register.
This error occurs when you're logged into Online Services settings with a Sage account that doesn't have access to upload payslips to Sage HR for this company. Additionally, check if the account used has the necessary permissions in Sage 50 Payroll settings, as an incomplete setup could also trigger this issue.

If the issue persists, you must contact Sage 50 Payroll, not Sage HR support.
